Admins can set up a default message that will be used when sending a new sharing from the app. Before sending the sharing, users will have a chance to customize this message.
This message can be set up from the Studio > App > Settings > Email : from there, fill the Email body part (Object, Content and Signature).
You can customize the signature of emails by inserting the following merge tags:
- [user.firstname] : user's first name
- [user.lastname] : user's last name
- [user.email] : user's email
The meeting follow-up links will be inserted between the body and signature.
