We recommend exclusively loading MP4 or M4V formats to ensure the playback compatibility across all your devices.
You may need to check the compression codecs used by the video. iOS supports H265 codecs but not Windows which is still on H264 codecs.
You can obtain this information by opening your MP4 video in software like VLC. Navigate to "Tools" > "Codec Information" to view the codec details.
To make sure the video is compatible with your device, try to open it outside the Touch&Sell app.
