Synchronization may take some time depending on the size of the data to download, and a good internet connection is required, especially for the very first synchronization.
We recommend to use a wireless connexion instead of wifi and not put the application to the background.
You need to have more free disk space than the amount of data to download.
If you don't need to synchronize your contents or if your internet connection is bad, you should try switching to flight mode to avoid an unpleasant experience due to the bad connection.
