You can look for a specific document by using the "Search bar" at the top of the app.
If the document doesn't seems to be available, several reasons can apply
1/ The files have not been published
From the Studio > App > Content, make sure the "Publish" button is switched on.
2/ The device has not been synchronized
Synchronization allow users to refresh their app content, downloading the new content available.
3/ It can be a matter of accreditations
Have a look at your groups and accreditations to make sure you haven't restricted the access to this document.
