When the application is installed, users are asked to log in according to the chosen connection mode. Each user is then attached to a user profile in the Studio. This article details the different methods of creating a user profile:
Single addition 👤
Click on the Add a new user button in the right-hand column, and fill in the information requested to create the form.
Do not forget to activate the Access the app feature and to fill in the device user ID so that they users can access the application.
Automatic addition
SSO registration allows the automatic creation of user profiles.

Mass import 👥
Click on the Import users button in the right-hand column to import several users in just one click, from a CSV file.
Please, carefully the rules below to create your CSV. In case of an error, the complete file will be rejected.
Key features
- The CSV file must have a first line with the column name, separated by semicolons
- The column name is used to assign the cell content to the right user field. The order doesn't matter (A template provided in this article)
- Only the Email column is mandatory
- We highly recommend you to add the "Application Access" column. If you don't, you'll have to give access manually, for each user.
- Group is the only column that can be present multiple times
- Unknown columns lead to the rejection of the file. You'll find below the column that are accepted.

- Email (must be valid and unique email among all users and all Touch & Sell applications. Emails are case sensitive, we recommend that you always enter them in lower case letters to facilitate the login process for your users)
- Phone
- Company
- Login
- Password (used to connect to the Studio, if applicable)
- Group (must reference existing groups)
Fields whose value must be 1 (for enabled) or 0 (for disabled)
- Application Access (must be 1 so the user can access the app)
- Reset Password (To change password upon further login)
- Activity Report (For total administrators only, to receive the activity report)
- Administrator
- Backoffice Access (For a Restricted access to the Studio)

- Open the Excel file containing the data you want to save as a CSV file.
- Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the Excel window.
- Select "Save As" from the left-hand menu.
- In the "Save As" dialog box, choose the location where you want to save the CSV file.
- In the "Save as type" dropdown menu, choose "CSV (Comma delimited)".
- Click on the "Tools" dropdown button next to the "Save" button and select "Web Options".
- In the "Web Options" dialog box, select the "Encoding" tab.
- Choose "Unicode (UTF-8)" from the "Save this document as" dropdown menu.
- Make sure that the "Add BOM" option is unchecked (Optional depending on your version of excel)
- Click "OK" to close the "Web Options" dialog box.
- Click "Save" to save the CSV file.
That's it! You have successfully saved a CSV file in UTF-8 encoding (without BOM) from Excel.
