From Studio > Organization > Users, you can edit a user profile in case a device changes ownership: click on the concerned user name and then modify the fields: Name, First name, and Email address. If necessary, adapt groups. Remember to click the Save button.
The device ID has not changed, so all usage statistics are saved and there is no need to download the application or content again.
