Sharing documents by e-mail uses the client mail configured on your device.
Documents are sent independently of the application, so the information will not be backed up to your admin interface.
That is why we strongly recommend sharing via the App. This will provide you with better visibility over the sender, the recipient, and the content sent, via the admin interface.
