You might encounter an error when synchronizing for the first time, or when synchronizing a .zip file (such as an HTML).
When this happens, you can look at Microsoft security limits and your User account's permissions.
1st option: Your device is controlled by your IT Department.
Some securities might have been added on purpose. We suggest you to contact your ID department. If they need to contact us before any action, they can send a request to our support Team.
2nd option: Your device isn't set up depending on your company's rules.
Here are some steps to follow:
Go to your Control Panel > User Account > Change User Account Control Settings > Move the slider to a desired notification setting, and then click OK.
