Change an accreditation on one or many folders

From your Studio, in Organisation tab, go to Groups and Accreditations on the left column, then select the group to which you want to make changes. 

Case 1 : Change an accreditation on a single folder

Directly click on the buttons , , .

These buttons only change the accreditation of the chosen folder and do not impact its sub-folders.

Case 2 : To change accreditation for many folders

To change an accreditation on multiple folders, you can use the checkboxes. By selecting a folder, you automatically select all its sub-folders. You can manually uncheck the folders you do not want to modify.  

To modify authorisations on 1 folder and its sub-folders, select the 'mother' folder, its sub-folders will be automatically taken in consideration, then you can change the authorisations using the settings from the right column.
