You can register a pending device and link it to an existing user account or a newly created one.
To do so, check the box to select the device.
# Scenario 1 - The Add a new user button
Fill in the fields, then click on Add user. A new user is now created.
# Scenario 2 - The Associate with an existing user button.
Search for the user to associate with the device via the Search field, and click either the Replace first device or the Add a second device (if it is included in your plan) button to modify the selected user’s ID.
