There are different kinds of user profiles :
- Administrator 
: user who has access to the entire application and can create, modify, or delete any user and application content.
- Application Access 
: user who can download the application on his/her device but they do not have access to this admin interface.
- Restricted Access 
: users can view folders and files by connecting to the admin interface, but they cannot make any changes.
It is possible to have two side-by-side icons for the same user profile.
