Duplicate/Re-use content from the interface

You can use the same content many times in your app.
The advantage being the duplication of elements without downloading them all over.

There are 2 methods to duplicate or re-use an existing content :

1/ Re-use an existing content :

• Go through your folder that will get the content
• Click on Add a new content
• Click on "Existing content from my application"
• A pop up will appear with your tree structure and its content
• Select the content to duplicate
• Click on Use this content

2/ Duplicate a content:

• Navigate through the folder containing the documents to duplicate
• Select the content to duplicate
• Click on Duplicate to the right
• A pup up appears showing your tree structure and the folders
• Select the folder to receive the document
• Click on Duplicate
• This second method lets you duplicate regardless the content. With a folder, the whole content will be copied and the folders duplicated.

Warning: Should you try to edit duplicated/re-used contents, all occurences in your contents tree would be edited as well. Should you need to make independant duplicates, you would have to upload them as new contents instead of using this feature.
