Since our product keeps being improved by our team, new versions of the app are released from time to time. When a new version is available, a red dot appears on your app to let you know that you can update the app. Here is how to proceed:
On iOS & Android :
From the device, go in the menu on the left, then in the Settings. You'll find information regarding your current version of the app and a link to update the app. You'll be redirected to the downloading page, click the "download" button to update the app.
On Windows :
The update is usually automated by Microsoft Store with the Wifi connection.
But it can happen that for different reasons - previous manual change in the settings, or a bug - the update can be blocked for some users.
If you notice that some Windows users haven't updated their app, you can send them an invitation to download the latest version: Studio > Organization > Devices, select the users and click the button 'Invite to update the app" on the right.
If your app is deployed via MDM, please contact your IT department.
