Technically, we limit you to contents of 1GB.
Beyond this technical limit, keep in mind that the heavier a document is, the more it will impact the fluidity of the application both in synchronization and in use.
For these reasons, we usually recommend not to exceed 100MB for a content.
Here are some tips to make the upload easier for you:
- Images: dimensions should be adequate to the format of the device you are using : mobile phone, mini tablet, iPad, Windows or Android.
- PDF: avoid PDF files of more than 50 pages. Do not upload PDF made for printing, as the margins and content can affect the display on mobile devices.
- Videos: reduce as much as possible the size and the length of the videos for a proper display for users and a lighter synchronisation. Go for small and short videos for no more than 100 Mb.

Supported file formats in Touch & Sell:
You can import in your Touch & Sell app:
- PDF : Simple or interactive, form, video (Flash Player unavailable since January 2021)
- Microsoft Office :
- PowerPoint presentations (.pptx)
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
- Word documents (.docx)
In viewer only (Microsoft Office files will be displayed as a PDF version of the file).
You can choose to open or edit these documents in another application, or you can convert the documents to PDF files before importing them and control how they are displayed.
| Please note that we do not support macros in Excel (.xlsm) files, as they are converted to PDF on our application reader. |
- Medias : mp3, mp4, m4v
| Some video formats are platform-specific. An h265 codec, for example, cannot be played on a Windows device. |
- Images : jpg, png, gif, jpeg

| All content is available offline, except web links. |
- For complex files (3D Modelization, Virtual tours…), choose HTML5 which offers you endless possibilities.
