When installing/synchronizing an application for the first time on a Windows device, it can take from a few minutes to several hours to complete the process. This delay depends on the quality of your internet connection and how heavy is your app.
On Windows, app synchronization isn't a background process, meaning you'll need to keep the app open through the entire process and make sure the device doesn't switch to the sleep mode.
💡 Some tips to smooth the process:
- Make sure your internet connection is good enough, and if possible, don't synchronize several devices at the same time.
- You can launch the process by night, when you don't need to use your device.
- You can disable the "Sleep mode" from your device settings and/or select "Best Performance" from the Battery icon in the task bar.
