Satisfaction survey for users of the app

The aim of the satisfaction survey is to gather feedbacks of the users on the app.  
You can create it from your Studio > App > Contents > Add Content > New form. Select the "Fullscreen" option.

Each question should start with:  What’s your level of satisfaction regarding:

1. The device used to present your app?
2. The graphic appearance of your app (backgrounds, colors etc)?
3. The order of the folders?
4. The relevance of the documents?
5. The diversity of presented documents (photos, videos, pdf etc..)?
6. The way your customers perceive the use of the app?
7. Your ease to use the app during a meeting? 

For each answer, choose the type "Single choice" with the options:
Really Satisfied / Satisfied  / Not Satisfied / Not at all

And to end the survey:
    8. What is missed in your app? 
This question would be "no mandatory", with "Paragraph" as type of answer.
