Unless you choose an HTML and therefore responsive background, backgrounds added as png or jpeg must adapt to the different screen formats used by your company

In landscape orientation The background will align to the top side of the screen, then right and left sides, thus potentially cropping the bottom of the picture. |
In portrait orientation The background will align to the top side of the screen, then the bottom, thus potentially cropping right and left of the picture. |
Some further tips:
- For a smoother presentation, we recommend you to use the lansdcape mode.
- To make sure your background is correctly displayed, select a format that will fit your device size (4:3, 16:9).

Identify the resolution of your devices:
If you want to know the resolution of your devices, you can refer to their technical specifications or find them in the settings of the device.
You can also retrieve this information directly from your Studio, you will see a list of the different devices connected to your application, under the menu Organization > Devices:
To access all the information related to the devices, you will need to perform an export by clicking one of the Export buttons located on the right side of the list.
You can choose between the Excel format .xlsx (recommended) or the comma-separated values format .csv:
- If you don't see the Export buttons: Ensure that no checkbox is selected.
- If you have checked at least one box on the list of devices, instead of exporting, a button will prompt you to invite users to update their version.
Once the export is completed, and you have downloaded the file, open it. You will find the screen resolution in the 14th column/Column N under "Display Definition."
The display definition or screen resolution is expressed by two values corresponding to the number of pixels displayed horizontally and vertically.
